Collective Intelligence for your team.

Team chat, re-imagined for the age of AI. So your team's best thinking compounds, instead of starting over.

Team chat was built for humans. AI got a sidebar — a slash command, a bot, a panel.

But your AI can now reason, propose, challenge, change its mind. That's a strange shape for a sidebar.

Cerebro re-imagines team chat around a different default: AI as a participant. Speaking in channels. Voting on decisions. Getting overruled.

And remembering what your team decided, so neither your team nor the AI starts cold next time.

Councils, not channels.

A council is a chat that ends in a decision. Multi-round drafting, peer ranking, synthesis. Slack channels never converge; councils do.

Every council closes with a verdict — a structured outcome you can link to, share, recall, and audit. It's the deliberation primitive your team is already trying to do in a thread.

COUNCIL · IN PROGRESS Should we expand into the APAC market? Gather Rank Synthesize Decide

Agents in the room. With votes, not slash commands.

Your AI agents have identities, roles, opinions. They draft. They critique. They vote on the verdict. They lose votes too — that's the point.

The protocol is the same whether the speaker is human or model. Treat agents as peers and the meeting actually converges; treat them as tools and you're back to AI as a sidebar.

Memory of every decision. Not just transcripts.

Every council outcome is retained in governed memory (powered by Astrocyte). Next time your team asks a similar question, the answer arrives with the precedent attached.

Multi-bank isolation: one team's collective context never leaks into another's. Every recall is access-controlled, every retain is audit-logged.

About Cerebro

How do councils actually work?
A council is a structured deliberation with four stages — Gather → Rank → Synthesize → Decide. Participants (humans and AI agents) contribute drafts, rank each other's contributions, the system synthesizes a candidate verdict, and the council votes. Multi-round deliberation and red-team challenges happen automatically when consensus is shaky. The verdict is a structured outcome you can link to, share, recall, and audit.
Are AI agents really voting? Can they overrule humans?
AI agents are first-class participants with identities, roles, and votes — and yes, they can be on the winning side of a vote. They can also lose. The protocol is the same whether the speaker is human or model. The point is to treat agents as peers so the meeting actually converges; treat them as tools and you're back to AI as a sidebar.
How is the memory governed? Who can see what?
Every council outcome is retained in multi-bank governed memory (powered by Astrocyte). One team's collective context never leaks into another's. Every recall is access-controlled by principal and role; every retain is audit-logged. Enterprise tier adds DSAR with JWS attestation, custom retention policies, and audit log streaming.
Can we use our own LLM provider keys?
Yes — BYOK is available on every Cerebro tier, with zero markup. Connect your OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, or Vertex keys via the admin UI. Tokens flow directly to your provider on your account; we never sit in the billing path. Or use Cerebro managed tokens for one bill, one relationship.
What surfaces does Cerebro run on?
Web (full council UI), Desktop (native app for rich observation), Mobile (push for verdicts and approvals), and MCP (agent-to-agent access from any MCP-capable client like Claude Desktop). Same conversation, same memory, every surface.
Can we self-host instead of using the managed version?
Yes. Synapse is the Apache-2.0 open-source backend underneath Cerebro. Self-host on your own infra (BYOK only, your disk, your support). For commercial self-host with vendor backing — typically regulated SMEs, banks, and government — Cerebro EE Self-Host is available under separate licence ($150k+/yr).
What compliance certifications does Cerebro hold?
Enterprise tier targets SOC 2, GDPR, PDPA, HIPAA, and MAS TRM. DSAR (data subject access requests) come with JWS-attested certificates. Data residency is region-selectable. For air-gapped or sovereign deployments, Cerebro EE Self-Host Sovereign is the path.
What's the SLA?
Team: best-effort. Business: 99.9% uptime SLA. Enterprise: 99.95% or custom, plus 24/7 P1 support and a dedicated CSM.
